Returns & Exchanges

At Angelkiss Bag, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your new accessory, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

• 2.
  Package Your Bag

  Carefully place the bag back in its original dust bag and protective packaging to ensure it arrives at our warehouse in perfect condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from your email, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
